Finding, selling, and developing real estate isn't just a job for me—it's a passion that has defined my career and life. Since obtaining my real estate license in 2009, I've been on a thrilling journey in one of the most dynamic and rewarding industries.

My story begins during the subprime mortgage crisis. It was a turbulent time for the real estate market, with prices plummeting and uncertainty looming large. As a newly minted buyer’s agent, I was thrown into the deep end. Deals were everywhere, but securing financing was a monumental challenge. This baptism by fire taught me the invaluable lesson of fostering strong relationships with lenders, ensuring my clients could access the best rates and terms.

By 2010, my role had evolved. I wasn't just finding homes; I was identifying lucrative investment properties. The market was ripe with opportunities, and my clients trusted me to find income properties that returned more than 10% annually. From 2010 to 2014, I facilitated countless transactions, thriving even as the industry struggled. I became known for my ability to spot a good deal and turn it into a profitable venture for my clients.

But I wanted more. In late 2014, I set my sights on deeper knowledge and expertise. By December 2015, I had completed a Master’s in Real Estate and Development from Florida International University and the prestigious Hollo School of Real Estate. This was a transformative period. Armed with advanced skills and knowledge, I could now offer unparalleled insights into property evaluation and investment portfolio creation. My clients could be absolutely certain that my advice was grounded in expertise and precision.

In 2017, a new chapter began as I joined Neology Development Company as Chief Operating Officer. Here, I managed over $300 million in high-end multi-family apartments and commercial warehouses, and played a key role in developing mid-rise apartment complexes. It was an exciting time, filled with large-scale projects and significant responsibilities. Yet, something was missing—the personal connection with families looking to buy or sell their homes.

After four fulfilling years at Neology, I decided to return to my true calling. In 2021, I moved my family to Central Florida and re-entered the single-family real estate market. This decision reignited my passion. I now work with a diverse range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors. Every client relationship starts as a professional engagement but often blossoms into a lifelong friendship.

What I love most about my work is getting to know my clients and helping them achieve their dreams. Whether buying their dream home or selling a cherished property, I ensure the process is smooth and enjoyable. My extensive experience and in-depth knowledge mean that my clients get the best possible deals, free from the stress and hassle that can accompany real estate transactions.
